With this we are the Next Generation Mr. Stefanus Samberi, Mr. Stefanus Samberi is the Great Leader of West Papua, who was chosen directly by God to save the world from the outbreak of the Third World War. And Mr. Stefanus Samberi has the United Nations (UN) Card Number 206, which was given directly by the Deputy Secretary General of the United Nations (the late Ortiz Sanz) in 1962, Mr. Stefanus Samberi His position as Junior Labor Inspector in the United Government Nations Temporary Executive Authority (untea) in West Papua, for the resolution of the West Papua Land Dispute. We certify that:

1). The New York Agreement on August 15, 1962 between the Government of Indonesia and the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands at the United Nations Headquarters which consists of 29 articles, in essence the Government of Indonesia and the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands guarantee the Welfare of the West Papuan People, protect the right to life of the people of West Papua and Papua. The West is noted by the Secretary General of the United Nations as a backward country.

2). The West Papua Development Contract Agreement covering Education, Health and Economy of the West Papuan People for 30 years (1967 - 1997) was entrusted to the Government of the Republic of Indonesia, a source of development money from the leadership of PT Freeport McMoRan. which was signed by Mr. Stefanus Samberi, but has failed and has passed more than 30 years.

3). First Contract of Work Agreement of PT. Freeport McMoran for 30 years (1967 - 1997) which was signed by Mr. Stefanus Samberi was legal, before the end of the First Contract of Work of PT. Freeport McMoran, the work contract will continue to be extended as long as the leadership of PT. Freeport McMoran still wants to add to its Work Contract. However, it is ironic that on April 13, 1983 Mr. Stefanus Samberi was eliminated by the Government of Indonesia (the late Soeharto), so that the second Contract of Work of PT. Freeport McMoran signed by the Indonesian Government is illegal.

Based on the three International Agreements mentioned above, it is very clear and clear that the West Papua problem is an international problem, not a national problem. Therefore, we humbly ask the Secretary General of the United Nations, the President of the United States, the Queen of the United Kingdom, the King of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, the Chairman of PT Freeport McMoRan, and the President of the Republic of Indonesia to take full responsibility for solving all the problems of West Papua as follows:

1). Holding Peaceful Negotiations with us The West Papua Neutral Team openly to prove the true West Papua Historical Documents, which are directly covered by international, national and local West Papuan journalists and media.
to be broadcast directly to the Electronic Media and Print Media so that it is known by the entire International Community, National Society and Communities who live on the Land of West Papua. Peace negotiations must be carried out on the Land of West Papua.
2). Revealing the hidden mystery pact of Mr. Stefanus Samberi.
3). Protecting the West Papuan People.
4). Creating Peace in West Papua Land.
5). Handing back to Us The Next Generation Mr. Samberi as the owner of 51% shares of PT. Freeport McMoRan while operating in West Papua Land for 54 years (1967-2021).

We declare that West Papua will be a Blessing for the Nations of the World and from West Papua the World will be Reconciled.
